Dream Board Workshop

If you've never done a dreamboard, you're in for a treat! Grab a few friends (a minimum of 5) and let your imagination run wild as you dream up what you'd like for yourself this year!
Dream boards, or road maps, are an exercise in visualization. Similar to writing down your goals and revisiting them each night before you go to bed, this serves as a piece of artwork detailing your goals and dreams for your year. You'll be amazed at what you're capable of manifesting when you put your attention on it!
We'll be making masterpieces of manifestation in beautiful frames with intentional goals for all areas of your life. I'll guide you through the process and then set you free to create!

Momentum Coaching is happy to host a life goals group dedicated to establishing a strong foundation for your goals and identifying tricks to make them EASY to achieve. How many times have you started a goal and slowly let it slip away? Don't let it happen again! We'll be there three times a month to check in on your goals, hear how you're doing, what you're struggling with and how we can support you.

This group meets 3 times per month and is led by Coach Katie Mattson. Focus will be on introducing you to new success techniques, coaching you around your fears, and helping you get through roadblocks.
Cost: $70/month – This group will meet at The Art of Living Center in Charlotte, NC. Groups can also be hosted via telephone bridgeline as well. Minimum of 5 people required to run this course. Maximum of 10 participants per group.
